I'm curious as to why You Murdered Her Children is included. It seems to me to be a combo card with core Viper. Not sure what its purpose is here. Also I might look at adding Arianne Martell and Areo Hotah to the deck and dropping Ricasso, Maester Caleotte, and Elia Sand down to x1. You should also decide if you want Myrcella Baratheon as a x3 or x1. House Dayne Knight, Southron Messenger, and Littlefinger might be some good additions. The event suite could be tweaked a bit. x3 Dornish Revenge seems like a lot. His Viper Eyes, Vengeance for Elia, or Nightmares fit well here. If you are looking to be competitive with a broad range of factions you may want to look for a way to interact with your opponent's locations. There are a lot of locations right now that can ruin your day if you don't have some kind of answer for them. If you aren't going to run Secret Schemes you may want to include Counting Coppers for some needed card draw. Maybe drop the Rebuilding to fit it in? Just some thoughts, take them or leave them. I like where you're headed with this.
