Hello all,

This is the deck I played at a GNK tournament on june 11th, here in Amsterdam. The deck is pretty straightforward: find Hightower, play big guys and win. I was the only 4-0 in the Swiss, but the 'King of Swiss' curse got me and I lost in the semi-final. Here is a very short report on each match:

Round 1 vs Ruben (GJ WtC) This was over pretty quick. He did one challenge and by plot 3 or 4 I was at 15 power. My economy was good and I was able to marshal a lot of big renown guys.

Round 2 vs Sebastiaan (Targ WtC) I was a bit anxious because of all the burn effects, but I knew I packed some str boosters myself. He set up Pyro Danny, Viserys and some chuds. Since I didn't want to have him draw dupes, I VM'ed on plot 2 and took the game from there.

Round 3 vs Thijs (GJ WtC) Another GJ deck and he was ahead most of the time. Luckily, I had triple duped Tinder Marge on the board to survive his VM, which, he said so in the game, was too agressive. I VM'd his unduped King Balon and Euron and was able to close out the game. I also pulled a Risen for int claim, which was nice.

Round 4 vs Wilco (Baratheon FM) This was an interesting game, and the only one to go to time, because I did not find any dupes and both our boards were full with characters. This stopped me from playing VM on my own board and wiping his. Alas, when I flipped into Breaking Ties I send his Chamber back to hand and next turn I played King In The North to stop him from getting all his triggers.

Semi-finals vs Franke (GJ WtC) Another GJ deck still! This one was my waterloo, because I got too greedy on one of my intrigue challenges, leaving room for an UO challenge on his side to WDNS the bodyguard on my KoF with 4/5 power on him. After that I couldn't recover and Franke basically steamrolled me from then on. The final pinch was me playing VM and him playing King in The North.

And that's it, it's a fun deck to play and it draws a LOT of cards. I really didn't want to play a Mace deck, so he's not in here. This deck may not be the best Tyrell deck around, but maybe a nice alternative to Macetower etc..
