This deck uses The Prince Who Came Too Late to bring Arya Stark (TFM) into play just before Valar Morghulis, typically round 3-4 if you haven’t already lost by then. Because you will be waaay behind…
Rounds 1 and 2 are used to build up your location base, particularly Harrenhal (GoH) and The Eyrie (CoW) , ideally with The Iron Bank (TAK). This allows you to stop someone from dying to Valar (ideally Eddard Stark (WotN) or Maege Mormont), kill their first biggie to re-enter the board and have some money with also Passing the Black Gate to play lots of characters. You can then use Winter Is Coming or Dreadfort Maester to get claim.
The deck isn’t Tier 1 by any means but the interaction is quite fun if you last long enough to pull it off and can turn the tables to a win (lost 15-0 and won 15-10 when previously 12-1 down).
