I've been playing this deck on OCTGN for a while and although I'm a new player to AGoT, I can definitely say the power level is pretty high. Targ on their own look pretty scarry ( Dracarys! ), but the Lannisters bring in some serious synergy to further harness this powerhouse union.
The main deal:
Tyrion will always grant you money so you can play your events ( Dracarys! , Treachery , Put to the Sword etc. etc.) while going down to 0 or 1 gold in the Marshal.
At the same time Jaime and Khal Drogo look like a bromance made in heaven. Non kneeling in 5 STR + Renown in MIL, plus an additional MIL challenge. Add that to the char killing that you will be doing with Dracarys! / Put to the Sword and the control you will make with Milk and Lys ... Ouch!!
Dragons + Danny + Plaza + Unsullied for some serious power and kill manipulation.
The cards that are x3 are those that I want to see as early as possible. Although it might look strange playing 3x of some Dragons while Danny at 2, I prefer it like that, because you can Fire and Blood them into play, from the deadpile, and it's better hitting them early rather than Danny.
Plots
- Heads on spikes to further increase char kill potential. Power behind the throne I've found to be amazing in this deck in particular. A Game of Thrones is pretty easy to win considering that all Danny, Tyrion and Jaime bring some serious INT power.
If you are a new player and constantly get beat in the mud, I'd recommend picking this up. It's not very hard to play and it's pretty powerful.
