Baratheon kneel offers a ton of control, and the addition of Martell as a banner brings a number of excellent non-unique characters to the table.
Important tricks:
Giving a Bastard in Hiding Lightbringer and letting him die as claim soak can give you a free kneel.
Dornish Paramour's ability cannot be refused, so you can force any character with an intrigue icon to kneel.
Dawn can attach to Fiery Followers for a big strength boost in dominance.
Changes I'm considering:
-3 Confinement +3 Consolidation of Power
The question is really whether having to kneel characters in marshaling is worse than being able to blank their icons during challenges.
