Consider that it is much more difficult to find economy locations when you are running a 75 card deck. The chance is significantly lower, which means that 3x Ocean Road 3x The Roseroad and 3x The Kingsroad is a must. Not sure about the in-house reducers, but you may consider increasing those as well depending on the distribution of the different faction cards in your deck.

Thanks for the tip @at.keranov. With the neutrals, it's worth sticking in an extra Ocean Road.
