The "minimum of 2" is absolute, and should instead be interpreted as applying to the result of any calculation that is modified by Wraiths in their Midst. For example, with Alannys and an opponent's plot of printed reserve of 4, the calculation can be thought of as either:

4 - 2 (Wraiths) - 1 (Alannys) = 1 (min. of 2) = 2, or

4 - 1 (Alannys) - 2 (Wraiths) = 1 (min. of 2) = 2 if you prefer.

This is no different than effective STR not being allowed to go below 0, no matter how many -X STR modifiers apply that make the calculated STR less than 0.
