Rules FAQ

Power from winning dominance only refers to the framework effect of gaining 1 power for your faction when you win dominance. It does not include card effects like A Feast for Crows, White Raven or Gendry (NMG).
Ser Andrey Dalt does not prevent opponents from winning dominance. Reactions to winning or losing dominance (such as Chamber of the Painted Table) can still be triggered.
