Rules FAQ

  • The chosen locations gain power before Karstark Lancer leaves play. If a player gets to 15 power this way, that player immediately wins the game. All locations gain power simultaneously, so it is possible for two or more players to reach 15 power at the same time. If that happens, the first player decides who wins the game.

  • Karstark Lancer’s ability still resolves even if one or more players have no locations to choose, or if their locations cannot gain power (due to Karhold, for instance).
