Rules FAQ

  • If an ability causes a character to gain more than 1 power at the same time (or if more than 1 power is moved to it), Clayton can only react once for that character.

  • It is possible to gain a keyword while another keyword is being processed. For instance, if Former Champion gains power for renown and you use Clayton to give it -1 STR, Former Champion could get intimidate in that same challenge. The order in which keywords are processed is decided by the first player, but if no attacking character had intimidate before, the first player is forced to let you resolve intimidate. Note that only one instance of intimidate can successfully resolve during each challenge.
