Rules FAQ

  • Returning Butterbumps to shadows is the cost of the ability, so it still happens even if the ability is canceled.

  • You compare the character's STR against the STR Butterbumps has at the point of leaving play, including all the modifiers.

  • You can stand a character that cannot be removed from the challenge, or remove a character that cannot stand from the challenge. You resolve as much of the effect as you can, providing you can do at least one of the two things. If you cannot, the character is not a valid target. If there are no valid targets, the ability cannot be initiated.
