In order to bring a card into play as a duplicate, both the duplicate and the unique card that would be duplicated must be owned and controlled by the player attempting the duplication. (See Duplicates.)

If Baelor has multiple facedown duplicates, you cannot rearrange their order in a way that disguises which card is which. An opponent triggering Craster's Keep Mutineer should be able to track the order of facedown cards. They should be able to tell which duplicate was put into play first, which was second, and so on. You are not required to remind opponents about which cards were revealed as part of Baelor's reaction though, since the identity of those cards has since become hidden information.
