Rules FAQ

  • Only the shadow cost is increased. Bringing a card out of shadows by some means other than paying its shadow cost (for instance, the ability of King's Landing Proselyte) does not require any additional cost to be paid.

  • Playing an event from shadows still counts as bringing a card out of shadows, so the cost will be increased.

  • The ability affects all players, including the controller of Lonely Light.
