Just a funny deck trying to use Bitterbridge Encampment, looking forward to any suggestions.
That's not so funny in real. I played against decks like this and that's really nasty. All the renown, passiv power and card draw is absolutely doing fine.
But how can you handle valar doeharis? I guess valar morghulis should be no problem for you but dohaeris?
Maybe that deck will be the reason that barring that gates will be more played in future.
I would change Horn Hill in a 3rd copy of oldtown.
@King NothingThanks for your suggestions. Valar Dohaeris is really a problem but in most times more characters can still be put in than opp after the Valar Dohaeris round and I have not considered a solution towards this.
Horn Hill works actually quite well because most of the times I get 4 or 5 or more characters, and it also works with Randyll Tarly.
Anyway thanks for the suggestions.
That's a good point for horn hill.
But why the arbor vineyard and not the redwyne straits? You don't have to kneel the straits and so they are save against the lordsport shipwright. Same cost and same income.
@King NothingArbor Vineyard is non-unique while Redwyne Straits is. Thus, you can only hit up Redwyne Straits for two gold max versus a possible six gold from having three Arbor Vineyards out.
@Patrickthx for the update. Didn't notice that. Makes sense :-))
Are there some decks which can make you really big troubles?
@King NothingMostly the decks with Valar Dohaeris, especially those Martell trying to win with The Boneway and Hellholt. And also the plot Nothing Burns Like The Cold to discard your The Hightower.
Are you sure you want to delete this decklist?
