Well, I don't think this deck will work in it's current state.
some pointers:
It does not seem the deck has any real win condition. It tries to do a few things but none of them any well.
You play to much multiples of unique characters. Try to play only 3 of the most important (for the deck) and 1 of the rest. The only exception here is Areo Hotah (Core) because he usually is ambushed.
There is two much econ in locations. Lose the kingsroads and add one Dornish fiefdom
