SG Open has concluded and although i didn't make it to the top, making top 8 was still pretty awesome. Gotta thank the Singapore community for being awesome and making the 3rd Annual SG Open a success! We're also recognized as a "Road To Stahleck" event which is exciting!

Decided to stick to my trusty Baratheons despite all the crap we've been thrown at (though i do love the memes). Wasn't really expecting to play very well due to a lack of training. I wanted to play something fun and refreshing for bara and decided to go with this list for the "lols".

Looking at the meta, the 2 top performing Bara decks seemed to be TWtC and Bara "Good Stuff" Rose. Was bored of playing a mono Bara deck again and wanted to experiment more with Bara "Good Stuff" Rose, i eventually dabbled with the knights package and BAM!! I've not had this much fun playing Bara in a long while.

As you can see, the deck is as good as a Tyrell deck, 34/60 cards are in fact tyrell which kinda makes it a false banner. The main reasons to make bara the main factions are:

1) I'm a bara loyalist

2) Bob

3) King at the Wall

Yup that's right, only 2 loyal bara cards. (Totally asking to be destroyed by Breaking Ties)

Bob and Bob's mistresses is too good a combo that most people know already.

But the point of this deck, is mainly to flood it with knights from both sides. Randyl Wannabe and Clash of Kings on a Stick are great inclusions into the bara arsenal. Topped off with good ol' Ser Davos Seaworth (Core) we have 3 solid baratheon knights. Ser Barristan Selmy (TS) was originally in the list, but was cut due to the cost and the low amount of lords and ladies in the deck to take advantage of his ability.

King at the wall, is a beast of a draw mechanic. The highlight of the tournament is drawing 8 cards in a single challenge phase which totally led to my victory.

Everything else in the deck is pretty much self explanatory. Play knights, do challenges, draw with king at the wall and have an orgy with Bob and his gals.

Another way to look at the deck, is that it's also kinda like a false Kings of Summer as 5/7 Plots are Summer. It's quite hilarious how often Ser Robar Royce sits on my table with 5-7 power.

Not a meta breaking deck, not even close to it, but definitely a fun deck to play. And with how FFG doesn't seem to know what it wants to do with bara (was it dom? power? kneeling? bastards? ships? knights? fools? ladies? WHO KNOWS? Maybe we get burn next) we seem to be the jack of all trades but master of none. But hey, a Bara TWtC just won a big regional tournament, i guess Bara ain't entirely dead after all.

... how? You have 6 out-of-faction targets. Neutral locations are not considered out-of-faction.

@ixwtI had 3 Rose Garden and Arbor Queen queen out. I attached King at the wall on Ser Cortnay Penrose. I successfully defended power with him, drawing 4, stood him. Did my own power challenge won, drew another 4.
