I've been playing Martell Wolf for most of this year's competitive events and managed to secure my first store championship win with it a few months ago. I brought it to the Scottish regional - with updates to reflect the Martell deluxe box and subsequent chapter packs - and finished in the top 8 (overall 8th place).
Some of these updates were about making the deck more aggressive in terms if the impact of resets, and generally to intensify the heavy attrition. Breaking Ties, Retaliation, Marched to the Wall, Valar Morghulis and The Bloody Flux push this agenda quite forcefully, as well as the constant pressure from cards such as Venomous Blade, Ward, Varys, Harrenhal (GoH), The House of Black and White, Ramsay Snow, #Arya Stark (TFM) and (of course) Flea Bottom.
However, I had gambled on there being a greater presence of decks which would suffer extensively from total board wipes (Tyrell etc.). As it turned out, the field was dominated by Martell Wars builds and the changes I had made were less suited to this kind of opposition. Hey ho.

Round 2: Martell Wars - Loss
Round 3: Bara Rose - Win
Round 4: Martell Wars - Loss
Round 5: Martell Qohor - Mod Win
Top 8: Martell Wars - Loss
