Hello,
This is the deck that I play yesterday at Barna Dohaeris, ranking 7th on the Swiss and losing at TOP-8. The deck dies tomorrow with new, and necessary, restricted list. Right now, I think that I will choose Flea as my restricted card, but sure that BT will be missed.
As a player and organizer, i'm very happy about yesterday tournament. Hope to see you next year in Barcelona.

Plot Deck:
Winter reserves is my opening plot, and allows to play claim 2 winter plots with an extra gold.
Forced March and Withering Cold allows to slow crossing decks, and with all the standing tricks that Stark has allow to win a massive advantage on this rounds. Furthermore, Forced march allows to avoid Arya Stark if you think that your opponent will play Valar (Marched works too)
The other plots don't need explanation I think. Maybe the lack of You Win or You Die surprise someone. but during the testing of this plot i lost games if I cannot close the game, so i prefer to play other claim two options.
Draw deck:
No big surprises here, Stark has a lot of efficient cards with synergies between them. The deck was built around Robb and Wyman, to take advantage of the massive standing and draw that they provide.
Meera Reed has been a good addition, she is not as good as it was in 1.0, but if you can make her recursive, something I lack in the game that I lost in top, it will be a pain in the ass for your opponent.
Last Hearth Scouts are key in some pairings, especially Targaryen, because they will lost the Aegon tempo, but they work well against any that plays Flea Bottom or ambushes. They block your FB characters too, but they can be used as sacrifice for the Manderly + Robb combo.
Two cost Arya is a wonder for me, I have been playing her since she was released, and she gave me a lot of wins, not only using her to Valar the whole table, but allowing me to pressure with claims 2 or 3 without salvations or using Breaking Ties with duped characters.
