II Meridius II 1
My take on your typical HRD Starfall Icon and Challenge removal. Possible future changes include adding Bastard Daughters (I simply just don't own them yet. They make great chumps, but also add to the sand snake synergy with Dorea and Nymeria.) Not entirely certain on the Elia Sand. I typically aim to lose about one challenge per round until I put the hard lock on my opponent, so I don't think Elia will help me more than another card for the slot. Dohaeris might also become a second Marched. Would love comments and criticism; I've only been playing about two months, but doing my best.
I'd cut costs a bit for decks using this Agenda. Possibly you need to focus more on 2 costers. House Dayne Knight/House Dayne Escort and the Bastard Daughter that you mention.
Definitely go up to at least two Secret Schemes, and consider adding Prince's Doran Behest. It's an amazing plot.
I think Prince's Pass is also a good way to take advantage of your agenda (starting Starfall) and thus I'd make Water Gardens at least 2.
In general I really love the concept of bouncing stuff to the opponents hand, and if you manage to fit the First Snow in there, you can easily force discard of bounced people.
