I haven't built a deck in years nor do I know any of the current meta I just wanted to build a small council deck and saw spys can help so here it is
I suggest you go down to 60-61 cards, it's much better for your draw. You would need to cut a lot of attachments and increase the number of characters. In your plot deck it's best to have at least a reset (any Valar) to help you against big characters or weenie decks. Looking forward to see your changes.
