You are allowed to, I learned after writing this post that it's bugged on theironthrone.net! So while Loan is still a great restricted card, that particular statement is wrong. You can definitely use reducers on your guys even if they're being marshaled from under Fools. Thanks for highlighting that! |

Why wouldn't you be allowed to use the reducer locations on those cards?
