Greetings! I built this series of 16 rotation testing (v1.13) decks for our casual playing group.
This deck is derived from https://thronesdb.com/decklist/view/15286/the-consistent-stark-18th-2nd-best-stark-stahleck-2023-1.0. It has a really nice writeup that can help you better understand the deck.
The Fealty Stark is nearly unharmed by the rotation, that's why GOT is putting Dacey Mormont into jail. We haven't tested this deck a lot, but I don't think this would feel any different from the previous version.
