What's wrong, bro?

You are still thinking of ways to trigger Euron Crow's Eye multiple times in 1 challenges phase, aren't you? I get it. Me too.

But let's face it, the Euron-centered deck with Uniting the Realm doesn't quite work.

So I did my best to develop a brand new deck that doesn't quite work, but does it better.

The Game Plan:

  1. Get Euron
  2. Boost him with attachments and stand effects
  3. ???
  4. Profit

Main Moves:

Grab Euron first turn, Kerwin comes in second turn to prevent kill plots.

(skip Kerwin if you got Risen in hand).

Stack attachments with Merchants, Cragorn, Harma+Thenns and Gifts.

Stand your big guy with Courtier+Crown or other stand effects

Make Surprise Intimidate with "Renly's Ride" or Gifts+Dragonbinder. Use Tourney Grounds and Highroad if needed. Also the gold from Dirk can be quite handy and unexpected by your opponent.

Make Surprise Power Rush using the same tools, but to bring in Red Rain

Emissary is great to Surprise Repeat Events like "Renly's Ride" or Gifts.

Get the Armor for extra protection and for amazing draw with Insight.

Keep 1 extra gold in hand when you're the FP and have Qarth, because Sweetsleep can ruin your day. It might be useful anyway for events or for Brown Ben.

If needed, Prevent stealth with the Candle.

Watch out for Daario if you have a Mercenary Contract in play.

Enjoy the multiple Renown provided by our Big Man

Zoom out to fit all the stolen locations in your computer screen.

Make the Euron face expression when you win. AARGH!

What is dead may never die. Or May it?

At this point you're probably wondering, is it even possible to lose with this deck?

Turns out, there are a few cards, that straight up kill us.

These are the Rocks to our Scissors:

Do you think Maester Agenda is ok for building ultron Euron?

Conclave could definitely add some cool cards into the mix, like Outwit, along with better draw, saves and attach control.

However I'm not convinced that it would be worth it for the cost of dropping all the Attach-stacking effects and stand effects.

In my opinion these cards really make the deck shine: Courtier, Crown, "Renly's Ride", Contract, Gifts, Merchant. Without them it wouldn't be the same.

For those reasons I would stick with Alliance over Conclave. But hey, you never know unless you try it!

WQB 3

Great pitch again. 😉 Does the deck work?

thestripmaster 17

@WQB thanks! I'd say it works! Maybe not top-tier, but still a good playable style. I did win more than a half of games probably.

Unless this deck is stopped in the build-up phase, it gets pretty mean pretty fast. I had a game where I won with 11 power on Euron - dream came true.

But of course some games where pretty uneventful, when I just couldn't "get it up" and lost turn 2. That's the price I guess

Quick Update: The deck of course doesn't fully work. It's not well-rounded and it's not recoverable at all. It's super risky to keep all eggs in the Euron basket.

There are too many ways to trip up and when players see it coming, it isn't too hard to counter this deck's one shot.

And as you might have heard, you only get 1 shot, do not miss your chance to blow, cause opportunity comes, once in a gametime, yo gg

But it is fun when it works!

You didn't mention Pointy End :)

thestripmaster 17

@Yyvrn good point, Pointy End does ruin our day, but at least it’s survivable once, of it hits in early game.

Unlike Shadow of the East, or Viserys+Valar. Those are lethal.

Sooo yeah, the deck does have a weak spot or two or three or 27
