This deck relies on Robb Stark over Eddard Stark, since Robb's trait is what triggers off the rest of the Stark cards. Bran Stark is included 3x so he can be used repeatedly, while Summer helps with that recursion. Having tons of Stark cards with the Gates of Winterfell is the main draw factor.
Similarly Rebuilding, while usually a fairly unpopular card, is included because of the high number of events in this deck. 10 events may be a bit much, so some of those may be the first to go when new cards show up. For instance the copies of For the North! will probably be replaced with Ser Rodrik when he shows up.
