Yoren is a placeholder for Ser Alliser Thorne, who is currently not on the DB. So you will have to unfortunately ignore the charts until it is added.
The deck is super defensive with the typical win condition dependent on not loosing any challenges unopposed. The Wall and The Iron Throne will hopefully net a steady two power per turn, with any other power grabbed by the occasional well timed challenge.
The x2 Little Bird are two slots that could be removed depending on your meta. There are a lot of Tears of Lys floating around my local meta, so the inclusion is for Benjen Stark and the afore mentioned Ser Alliser Thorne. Its removal would allow the Fealty agenda, but only Messenger Raven, Samwell Tarly and Will benefit from this. Sure, a free Messenger Raven would be nice, but the Little Bird protects a couple key characters without having to rely on Maester Aemon.
The x3 The Watch Has Need are there as substitute to a Summons plot. Benjen Stark and Ser Alliser Thorne are so important to the decks strategy that this allows a potential triple dip into the deck to find them.
