I just got back from my district's caucus, where while waiting to join my neighborhood to select our candidate I read a fortuitous post by Dennis Harrison on the AGOT 2nd Edition Facebook group: "why hasn't anyone named a deck 'Burnie Sanders' yet?"
Well, now someone has.
All the Burn and all the Sand I could find has been crammed into the deck, for good or ill. Of course, no matter what it's at least a little good, as Nymeria will give your hordes of Bastard Daughters the stolen icons of your foes and your army of dragons will burn people from as high as 8 STR down to cinders on a good day.
So! Feel the Burn!

You don't understand: This deck needed maximum Sand. So 3 of each Sand Snake. I'm surprised that you recommend including the reducers from your Banner. For one thing, they'll all die when Blood of the Dragon hits the table; for another, they're only reducing the cost of a small fragment of the cards in the deck (11 cards, in this case, and I'd probably remove some to make room for them). Is that actually a common practice? This deck, as with nearly all I make, was made with Melee in mind. Of course, this one is even more "Burn and Sand" theme-oriented than victory oriented, anyway. |
Cost curve is a bit high on characters. Obara is ok but not worthy of 3 slots. Bot to mention you don't play any 1 cost martell reducers. Also with blood out confinement can target 5 str characters as well.
