Until there's a real Choke deck in 2.0 (We'll be nice about them this time, FFG! We promise!) this is what I'm playing.
Fairly straight forward - win with Unopposed, Strength Boost, and Stealth. Using Put to the Torch and Lordsport Shipwright as much as possible to nuke the Chamber of the Painted Table and The Red Keep, as well as Plaza of Punishment and anything else annoying you at the moment.
There are so few Location control cards out there right now that I find this to be really annoying for your opponent. Throw in a bit of card advantage with Risen from the Sea and the Great Kraken and this is rather solid deck.
