The reason for the heavy curve on the 2 drops is to help setups where you get to set up the Arbor. Your ideal set up in this deck is Arbor plus two 2 drops. The reason for no Left / Right dupes is because the small knights are more important. The Left and Right could be replaced by House Maester or Wildling Scout. The reason for the single Paxter is because I want so many 2's in there so I couldn't find space for the extra copies of him even though he is good in the cases where you don't see the Arbor like you mentioned so I could get behind your suggestion but not sure how much it would hurt the set ups |
Should The Mander be dropped too? You can't use it in early game. And in late game, you probably don't need the draw when you can win by 5 str. |
I wouldn't drop the Mander under any circumstance, if I could find more space I would run more. It is your draw engine, what lets you keep your hand full and keep leveraging your economic advantage over your opponent. |
Why so many 2 drops? You are running first snow yourself and you are running loads of 2 drops but no left/right dupes? Also with Arbor being so important and 11 events why only one Paxter? Having him on set up makes Arborlessness slightly more palatable and he makes all of you events much more playable. I'd certainly be looking at -2 two drops (probably left & right) +2 paxter.
