A few days ago I read about a possibly-fun interaction between Catelyn Stark (WotN), Knighted, and Lady Sansa's Rose, so here's a Voltron-ish deck that tries to capitalize on that XD
The general idea is to fish for Catelyn (or Ser Hobber if she's buried deep in the deck) and the tools she needs to immediately be a killing machine (Knighted, Syrio / Syrio's Training, Lady Sansa's Rose). If she can't right away, the other pieces are there to help her get power along the way. The attack plan is mostly single-character challenges (again, with Catelyn, possibly multiple times with Seal of the Hand and Ser Horas) then playing Lady Sansa's Rose for a barrage of power tokens that will further pump her up.
Untested yet and may need some work on some of the other pieces. Catelyn Stark takes vengeance on all those who wronged her family!
