Why Halder? You have just one potential target do use him. There is optional wall kneeling, when you know it will be penetrated anyway. It's way too low I suppose not to consider replacement.
He has 2 targets, The Wall and Longclaw, but I agree with you. Just figuring out what to replace him with.
