I like to play at least a couple big impact plots in all my NW decks. However, most big impact plots have low income.
With this economy package from House Martell, playing characters and locations isn't a big problem. The cost reducers will let you play Arianne Martell constantly and then swap her out for a NW in the challenge phase (and sometimes even in the marshaling phase). Turn 6 In Doran's Name + Counting Coppers is ideal, but play it earlier if needed.
The deck runs a little high on the character count, but I like a few extra bodies to defend The Wall. You've also got a splash of murder with your Rangers + The Watcher on the Walls and plenty of stealth on your Military Icons to pull off a Put to the Sword.
