An extremely low-curve Lannister Banner to the Rose deck. This may look weird because it was designed with a Thrones 1.0 deckbuilding mentality. Considering dropping Tywin for a second Pycelle.
Basically, you just need to flood the board with efficient weenies and push through some Intrigue challenges.
Tyrion Lannister is the main focus if the deck, as it turns on Olenna’s Informant and The Queen’s Assassin. Both thse ambush characters are crucial to control the board. The Assassin reduces their characters, and Informant is just crazy with a Jaime or a standing Tarly on the board. Follow up with a Marched to the Wall and you’re pretty much ahead.
Possible changes: Since the deck shifts its focus from Unique, Lord, Lady Lannister characters, The Things I Do For Love and Treachery may not be as good. The plot deck also needs to be tweaked and optimized.
This is very similar to a deck I’ve been toying with. It’s very fun for now, but First Snow is going to obliterate it when it comes into the cardpool.
I’d keep Tywin. 6 1 cost reducers means a much higher chance of being able to set up with him. I’d also add one Cersei and take out Joffrey. For one more gold you get an waaaaaaaaaay better character.
I’ve struggled with plots as well for my build. I could see taking out Sneak Attack and adding Summons so you can get Varys (only 2x) or Tyrion to ensure deck is rolling when it needs to be.
