You're running 16 cards that you cannot setup, and you should consider getting that number down to 12. With a focus on burn, Crown, Dracarys, and Dragon Sight should stay, and I'd probably cut PttS, one WtD, and then coin flip to toss a Nightmares or HJ.

I don't like Drowned Men in this deck, because you aren't running any other Drowned God cards or Warships. Black Wind's Crew is cheaper for the same str/icons with Pillage. Although your gold curve looks good, it may still be a good idea to look at Iron Islands Fishmonger for econ and claim soak.
