This is the deck I took to the Regionals in Dortmund. It's pretty straight forward, but some choices need some explaining.
In my opinion, you either go all in on attachments or don't play any at all. Otherwise, their Confiscation becomes too good. If you can bait it to have your Ward or Ice or Seal survive, that's great, but if most games you just see 1 Milk, you better run Nightmares (which is stronger against Winterfell anyway).
I heavily dislike Trading against other Lannister decks, which is why I ran 2 CtB. No March was a problem once or twice, but I rather have two Winter plots against Winterfell and a good 5 gold plot first turn against Naval. You could cut Confiscation or just run 2 economy plots, but I'd advise against that.
R1: Against Lannister/Kraken I had key cancel against his PttS and the Raiding Longship came up big. Also cancelled an Iron Mines. The big Lannister characters did not show up for me, his Tywin got killed by an unopposed Theon/Asha attack and I barely won this game. 1-0 (5 points)
R2: Against Mythras with wolves.dec (Stark Fealty) Calm was great, but even though he had a claim of 1 instead of three (cancelling Winter is coming), I never quite got the board to survive. Syrio Forel is a key card in this matchup and mine did not survive very long. 1-1 (5 points)
R3: Against Greyjoy Fealty Well, I drew perfect and the deck did what it was supposed to do. His Iron Mines did not survive long and neither did his characters, though his big beaters never showed up. 2-1 (10 points)
R4: Martell Lannister I already saw myself out of this game after a very good First Snow for him, but the fact that he never drew any economy to play more than one char (or Nymeria at all) let me continue. One key military challenge enabled PttS on Tyene (who already had killed Cersei, Jaime and Asha) and somehow I was able to get a modified win. 3-1 (14 points)
R5: Against Stark/Fealty The usual Stark deck, but the fact that I had an early Tywin with backup and he never drew Winterfell made this game pretty easy. 4-1 (19 points), finishing 5th after Swiss
1/4: Revenge against the Wolves This time, I had Syrio and Tywin turn 1 and Gregor followed soon after, which made winning military for him very difficult until it was impossible.
1/2: Lannister/Crossing (first after swiss) He had the better start (no Tyrion for me) and I already was content with losing this game, but he continued to draw blanks or dupes while I could spam the board with every unique available. I was pretty lucky there.
Finals: Baratheon Fealty At this point, I am basically brain damaged from the long day, drive and no sleep the night before. I think I made a lot of mistakes here, but he had the triumvirate (Robert, Stannis and Melisandre) out turn 2. I was able to get one PttS through and decided that Stannis needed to die, since I had 10 dudes (including all big uniques) and he only 4. Well, after Stannis got put in the discard pile by plot and redrawn the same turn, the game was over.
Anyway, great tournament and the usual nice crowd :)
