Hello everyone, my name is Leonardo and if you know me, my favourite deck back in 1,0 was Targ Jumpers. A deck made popular by Alquimista if I’m not mistaken, it was a deck that abused the ambush mechanic, cheating big characters into play while controlling the opponent’s locations.

Since I fell in love with that strategy, I couldn’t help but to try it in 2.0 aswell. This is the deck I came up with. I have to say thay I tried the deck multiple times and it works really well.

A couple of notes: Naval Superiority seems really bad, but it is performing surprisngly well. 99% of the decks open with A Noble Cause, and Naval Superiority just shuts it down completely, sometimes just winning you the game on the spot. Also it shuts down Marched to the Wall and Confiscation, and those 2 plots are fairly easy to predict. 2 copies of The Winds of Winter are necessary in this deck in my opinion. When you are a little ahead the first one puts you in the driver seat and the second one shuts the door for your opponent.

The single most important card in the deck is probably Tyrion Lannister. You need to protect him in every singe way, and Confiscation is there just for him, since we don’t have other key caracters.

Oof. I count 14 limited cards. That’s tough to pull off without some getting stuck in your hand. The Hound will be good for this style, though, since it gives you a repeatable ambush with a lot of strength and good icons.

The Hound is definetly a card I will include in the deck. I know I have a large amount of limited cards, but I need to get my gold flowing as early as possible.

Taxation, then, might be a good include. Maybe instead of Marched to the Wall or Naval Superiority.

What do you think about the new martell plot? It can adjust your economy a bit with the dwarf. You can also bluff hotah without consequences or prepare a big claim2 turn. I think Littlef is mandatory tho.
