The idea here is to try and get Ned, Cat, and either Robb or his host out early in the game. I used Ward to take over the Hound, Margaery Tyrell, or anyone else that can cause trouble. Milk of the Poppy is useful for bigger targets like the Mountain or Queen of Thorns. Pulling off Winter is Coming + The Long Winter is also super helpful for cleaning up the board. Varys's Riddle is great to replicate Wildfire Assault or Marched after clearing the other player's board.
The Blackfish and Cat also work amazingly with Riverrun.
