Concept: Targaryen burn with Tyrell draw manipulation to help ensure a consistent opening and to find kill cards.
Execution: Typically open with A Noble Cause and/or Building Orders to build board presence and establish economy. Build your board position around the kill cards you've drawn. Fortified Position will buy some breathing room against the Tyenes and Gregors of the world if needed. After you've got your board position in place, start wrecking your opponent's. Play your kill cards and start using your Counting Coppers to refill hand with more kill cards.
"The Bear and the Maiden Fair" is best used on yourself during the Plot Phase's Action Window. Don't use A Gift of Arbor Red until you know what you need it for.
