As a new player, I use to doubt about the plots, are they fine?

Defently need to take out Rebuilding. Better options would be Calm Over Westeros or Summons or even a winter plot. Im unsure about 2 Noble Calls but its not bad choice. Confiscation is almost a must have. Calling the Banners and Close Call and Wildfire Assaults are all good. Also you may want to consider adding Marched to the Wall, with Viserys and the other cheap guys you run, Marched to the Wall would work very well for you.
