This is my Night's Watch Choke deck, but let's be honest, its mainly Lannister due to the nice ambush & cost effects they can levy against your opponents. The ambush effects letting you get extra characters into play with the money that you take from your opponent after your marshaling phase.
The deck is designed to control the board, denying your opponent the money they need to field a decent board state while at the same time removing things from the board that they do get into play
Opening plots will tend towards Building Orders or Heads on Spikes, followed by a turn or two of Marched to the Wall & Famine.
