Deck idea originally suggested by Richard Walker, and adjusted together. Made for fun jank, but managed to win 16 player summer kit at Bristol :)
How it works:
This deck basically only works if Blackfish gets up and running quickly. There are two summons to ensure Blackfish is found early, and then several ways to get him to 4 power quickly.
The quickest way is to play Riverrun Minstrel, give Blackfish the power, kneel Riverrun to give him a second power, and then kill a chud using Ser Ilyn Payne, and kneel the Boy King attachment on Blackfish to give him a 3rd power. You then just need to try and win a challenge with him that turn (preferably the first one) and your Tully characters are activated.
Things to change:
Joffrey did nothing, so I'd probably swap one Joffrey for a third Ilyn Payne. Ned was also pretty pointless; at best he served as a distraction from the Blackfish, so could probably lose one of them or both. Another Jory might be nice? Or possibly another Tully character?
Games:
My first game against Matt's Stark Fealty wolves deck was difficult and took the longest to set Blackfish up- I couldn't find all the pieces quickly, and he was playing 2 Wolves of the North, stealthing past my characters and chomping them with Greywind. Luckily my opponent didn't realise my deck was based on Blackfish, and tried killing other characters first, giving me time to activate him. With 3 bodyguards and dupes I was able to protect him long enough to get everything online, and take the win.
My second game against Kevin's Martell was absolutely terrifying! Blackfish was running at 6 power without putting him into a single challenge- by marshalling all 3 riverrun over 3 rounds and using Riverrun to give the extra power. The last round was only won because I was able to move my lady onto a participating Tully character after defenders had been declared to win the power challenge and therefore the game- if Kevin had somehow managed to block, he would have won the round. I was shaking like a leaf after that one!
My game against Sam was fun; he was playing Martell Stag, and was managing to keep Balckfish knelt a couple of rounds. Luckily I'd managed to get him running pretty quickly again, so the others weren't knelt. I think in the final round I had an empty hand and Sam didn't realise that he couldn't play Seen in Flames and kneel my Blackfish, with which I was able to close the game.
The final was against Darren playing Martell. It was a really close game, but again I was able to set Balckfish up quickly and use him with Cat to stop Ghaston Grey. I managed to Milk Nymeria, which was key to the game I think, and he chose her for claim later as he wasn't seeing his Rattleshirts. The final round was horribly close; I needed 3 power to win and Darren had played first snow. If it went to the end of round he would win, as he had the boneway and winter festival. So I marshalled a chud and killed it with Ilyn Payne, kneeling the Boy King to give Blackfish another power so I only needed two more power. With non-kneeling Tully I did an intrigue, trying to tempt him to kneel his power/intrigue characters, which he let unopposed. I then threw everyone into a power challenge for the win.

I'm late posting here, but I approve of this deck. |
Donella Hornwood seems like a strange card to include. I only count 4 total loyal cards in your deck. You more than likely can get better use out of an additional Heart Tree Grove that can reduce more cards that are in the deck. I do understand that 2 of the big characters she reduces are lynch pins for the deck but all of them can also be reduced by the location. |
