Main goal of the deck is to dominate in intrigue with enough power and military to hold them off. Using Cersei Lannister (Core) paired with Dornish Paramour is a good way to use Trial by Combat and Tears of Lys to remove the opponents characters. Having Casterly Rock out is also a good way to make sure your oppents losses cards they wish to hold on too.
Having Nymeria Sand out with Obara Sand and possibly Tywin Lannister (Core) is also a good way to take control of the challenges. Syrio Forel is also a good way to add a stealth trait to a card and gain unopposed challenges.
As a side note I'd appreciate any thoughts as this is a first attempt with either of these houses.

With only two maesters, Healing Expertise and Maester's Chain should probably go. |

Cheers for that had a look and yeah dropped those 4 single events and threw in 2 more Treachery |
At 67 cards, all of those singleton events and locations will be hard to draw into. Try to trim down the total cards and pick only the events you will really need. Three Treachery is a must in Lannister, IMHO. In Doran's Name name is not really necessary with the rich Lannisters.
