Lannister Kings of Winter is a pretty obvious choice that I've not seen around much.
The idea is simple - mitigate the low gold from winter plots by playing Lannister. I'm not sure if you've been told, Lannister like gold.
Combine the 2 claim plot with some choke, hand destruction and OP Lannister cards - you've got a solid deck.
Brothel Madame helps with the Chock. Now, if your opponent wants to do a Mil challenge they don't have a Summer plot, they are 2 gold down. Add to that a Bronn they are unlikely to be able to afford with out spending everything.
The Boy King and Small Council Chamber are nice ways to passively take a couple of power a turn - a max of 4 is possible with little effort.
Tower of the Hand mess with their board ideal target being an Payne that has run out of things to kill, as i'm finding with him towards the latter rounds.
yeah! too much char, and location. In adding there isn't any direct kill, that is the strenght of the House in this moment ( Cersei Lannister (Core) + Trial by Combat, Put to the Sword, Tears of Lys )
in adding i would play any jumpers trick like I Never Bet Against My Family and/or Hear Me Roar! since Lannister loves Gold but the unique char are really expansive to play with winter plots and Trading with the Pentoshi isn't enough
