This is my secret weapon deck myself and 4 other people played for a few months. I got this to Top 8 in Blackwater, and Martin Hoffmann got it to Top 4 in Fracas (though he used a Janos Slynt instead of one of the Gregs).
It was initially built as a Lannister deck that would have a significantly positive Stark matchup, by lowering the reliance on combat tricks, to focus on out-of combat ones, backed up by considerable claim and double Marched.
Opening for the deck was usually Sneak Attack as the "safe" plot that can't be hit by Naval, and can establish a punishing pace.
Card draw is a major weakness for the deck, but by the time the hand runs out, it often has enough bodies down to finish the job, and the relatively broad and heavy character base means that top decking still often keeps the juice flowing.
I am very unsure that this deck can stand up to Craven particularly well, as it is often reliant on a few powerful threats in the military game. Confiscation is hard to fit in, as the plot lineup is very tight, and generally fast aggression is something that is significantly blunted by that card's existence.
Anyhoo, had a blast with the deck, and the rest of the users generally had many positive things to say, and it helped get some ideas together for Bambi's wonderful NW Wolf, so figured I would post it. Any comments, hit me up.
Oh, and example of the deck in action can be found here: https://youtu.be/MKl2j2Wfu0c
