Here is the deck I took to French National this year, it was 1 month ago but I forgot to post it ^^.

It's mainly based on the deck I had for Regionals that you can see here : http://thronesdb.com/decklist/view/4492/toulouse-regional-2nd-after-the-cut-6th-overall-1.0

The idea was to get something really Toolbox and prepared for any match up as possible, wich I think was only possible for Stark, with two/three game strategies : Either go full rush, and make as many powers as possible, Either go Aggro through Ward, Ice and Grey Wind or go Stall/Defense, with Catelyn Stark (WotN) and The Iron Throne.

Robb Stark (AtSK) was a blast against Lannister, he was IMHO the only way to get a chance against them, but the versatility of the other was really makes it worth the slot, and throught the searching effect and sacrifice techs I had, I had no troubles running both, it was the first time I took such a decision, and I didn't regreted it at all.

Forgotten Plans was also a killer all day, allowing me dodge two The First Snow of Winter, one Wardens of the North, one Famine and something else I'm not sure right now.

Catelyn Stark (WotN) and The Iron Throne both allows me to keep up against Bara and Martell Stall decks and keep making power even while not going for challenges. Riverrun Minstrel was really helpfull as well.

Green Dreams was really efficient all day, it helps a lot for setups, is really strong with Gates and a insight Robb or Bran, it allows to dodge the Mountain and is SO good against Greyjoy.

Maester Luwin is also one of the Key cards to me, giving Stealth to Jon is gold, allowing Bran to stay on both The First Snow of Winter and Wildfire Assault is priceless and the insight on Robb is the cherry on the cake (without counting the cheap int icone as well !).

The rest is quite classic, Arya's Gift is to me one of the most unrestimated card in Stark, since I've played in Toulouse regional is quite known in France, but I've heard that it wasn't played that much elsewhere in the world, I really think it's worth the slot.

The deck still sounds really solid to me, minor updates must be done here (removing the Riverrun Minstrel for 1 Donella Hornwood if not 2, adding some more saves as well, but the Nw KoW match up seems really hard to me, for now it's still really hard for Stark to takes on Choke, hopefully it might change with Bear Island out.

Hey mate! Ok, now I see what you mean here :) Seems like we ended up with some similar conclusions, although I must admit that your deck is much more original than mine! You have some very interesting card choices here, and especially the inclusion of Forgotten Plans in the plotline seems very interesting, I never seem to read the game well enough to play that plot properly. It was definately easier in 1.0 when you could play the 1-11-1 :)

I agree with you that choke is a bad bad matchup for our Starks, because they are quite expensive :(

First of all, really nice deck! It has some really, really smart choice. @Manuel Cabezalíand Laplante, do you think that Valar and the ckoke/winter decks could bring you to play old Cat again? Valar seems to be the missing piece in the reserve choke decks, IMO.

@Manuel Cabezalí : Yup our decks are quite similar ^^. I'm used to play forgotten plan in a competitiv envorionnement sicen three years, i've almost always included it in all my decks, the secret is just to play it, a lot, and once you'll be used you won't miss your shots often, just get used to it.

@jaquen : Actually Lannister post box might end up leading me (and since I've stoped playing her with the stark box, i'm quite sad to do so ^^) to play 4 cost Cat instead, more than Valar (I would run the 7 cost with lot's of saves in a Valar environnement as she will keep taking powers during the Valar turn it will be more painfull for your opponent I think.

Oh and Thanks a lot for the compliments ladd, i'm really fond of this deck it's what i've mostly played in 2.0 so far, and the deck I had the more fun with yet, glad you guys enjoy it :) .

Thank you Laplante. I admit to prefer the core Cat to the Fat one, since the "1.0 Brienne" effect is so amazing for my game style (as you can see in my decks, I never dropped her). But now I would like to give her a go, even if the meta will shift soon. Bodyguard and Jory x2 will be a must, unfortunately...
