Tried something like this when Kings of summer came out, but didnt like the matchup against Winterfell stark, which had already been hurting the Targ Fealty matchup before KoS. Decided that if im going to actually leverage Bloodriders as a theme, they cant support it by themselves, so we get some extra help from Dragons and dracarys, a single Dany just because but all our eggs are not in her basket.
So as Targ, to deal with decks that like to maintain massive boards, prime example is Stark, we have to include 2 Wildfires in my opinion. The Second Wildfire also allows us to do goofy tricks with Blood of my Blood and waking the dragon to pair down our board after the first while our opponent has likely began to flood it.
take my results from early testing with a grain of salt. It trucked OCTGN opponents and its undefeated online, but lost multiple times in a row to a good NW fealty build being piloted by a couple folks at my local gameshop. Dunno what that means or what needs to change.
