The real question in...do you really need the Summer agenda, or Lords of the Crossing would just make the deck better?

I playtested this with LotC as well and in my experience it did not turn out to be so beneficial as KoS. Yes, you might get one extra power and maybe stand Randyll, but extra gold is much better as you want to get board up quickly with cheapish knights and hit your winning challenge in the beginning of third round.

Of course, if setup has Arbor on the table, it won't be hard and LotC might seem to make sense, but if it is not the case and there is no Arbor in the draw to play it during the first marshal, one should not bother playing it during the later rounds and in this scenario KoS is essential.

Though, my opinion might be biased on the fact, that my my meta does not play overly many Winter cards, so I was able to get the extra gold most of the times.

Well, LotC isn't only making Tarly stand and get +1 power. It also makes Lady's Sansa's Rose and Superior Claim and even Support of the people much easier to play. But since you playtested with this, then you'll definitely know what is better for this list.
