I'd totally skip Bear Mormont and Stonesnake for 1 more Varys and a Syrio. If you do drop Mormont, obviously you can swap Ravens for Cravens.

Thanks for the tips. Would dropping Mormont also drop The Wall? Also, why a Syrio?

There are two to many cards. I honestly don't see how you will play Old Bear Mormont or anything over 5 consistently. I never played Kings of Winter deck. I think it is good to look into Take the Black because opponent will not always have the option to play their unique chars.

2nd Marched to the Wall and 3rd Yoren ? Also as they mentioned above 3rd Varys.

I think it is good to explore some Wildlings. Several reasons: Mance Rayder is very taxing on the opponent (Martel). You get the ambush to battle The First Snow of Winter and possibly use it. Rattleshirt's Raiders are always good and there are several small Wildlings that are coming.

I wouldn't necessarily drop Wall, since it's a whole concept that in general you seem to follow (i.e. defend the wall and get to 15 power).

Syrio is amazing for protection against Stealth which is a very big weakness to the deck. Syrio can protect you quite nicely.

Aslo, since you do require White Tree to come at setup, I'd cut the deck to 60 cards. Maybe also check Famine instead of Winds of Winter, for the better effect and double claim.

I think the plots are good. I agree with the above on dropping Mormont and adding Cravens (which are soo good). Jon Snow is too expensive imo, and he doesnt contribute much in a mostly defensive deck such as this.
