Sacrifice the Stark Lords and Ladies for Joffrey Baratheon's amusement. Load up Catelyn Stark (WotN) with power tokens all the while.

Use Eddard Stark (WotN) and Ser Edmure Tully to put tokens on Catelyn Stark (WotN) or The Blackfish as needed, or to himself if just going for the win.

Sansa Stark (Core) will trigger Ser Edmure Tully and gain power herself.

Attach The Boy King to The Blackfish if possible.

Really interesting concept, i built a similar deck centered around Catelyn, Joffrey and The Boy King and it performed surprisingly well, even in melee.

Just some notes:

Consider that sacrificing Stark lords/ladies does only trigger Catelyn Stark's reaction but not Joffrey or The Boy King.

Edmure's Reaction will also not trigger from Sansa's Effect for she doesn't gain the Power herself (this would only work if the reaction read '...Sansa Stark gains 1 Power'. Edmure will still help you set up The Blackfish though.

Think about playing Wildfire Assault at least 1x. It can really win games (kill Bran, Rickon and Sansa to gain 1 Power for The Boy King, 2 Power for Catelyn and 3 (!) Power for Joffrey. Playing Riverrun also would increase the power gain on your House Tully characters (Catelyn, Blackfish, Edmure,...)

Playing Arya Stark (Core) would give you another trigger for the Catelyn-Joffrey-BoyKing Combo and a cheap strong character with built-in claim soak.

If i got your post on Reddit correctly (https://www.reddit.com/r/AgameofthronesLCG/comments/5fnobt/dealing_with_greyjoy/) you maybe want to use this deck primarily in melee games. In that case i would consider replacing For the North! for challenges are not that important in most melee games and The Blackfish provides draw for winning those challenges as well (while For the North! is more of a deck-thinning event). Same thing about Ice. The use of target kill in melee games is highly dependent on your meta (in my group using Ice would paint a laaaaarge target on my face :D ).

I did not realize sacrifice and kill were seperate. It did seem to good to be true. Still looks pretty powerful on paper. Going to try it out after a few edits. Thanks for the advices!

Some more notes:

You have barely any military, replace For the North! with the other copies of Eddard Stark (WotN) and Robb Stark (Core).

Tumblestone Knight is a good card to have if you expect to turn on The Blackfish, and helps round out your military.

Joffrey Baratheon sucks (The First Snow of Winter), replace him with Tyrion Lannister (Core) who should be in almost every Lions banner deck.

Replace Lannisport Moneylender, it takes a turn for them to switch on, and by then they are often dead to claim anyway. Lannisport Merchant will improve setups.

Ditch Daring Rescue, it will so rarely be a good draw.

3x Brothel Madame is probably too many. If someone wants to military you they'll find the money. 1x or 2x should be fine.
