I'm really proud of this original deck. It's probably tier 1.5, but I went 3-0 with it at our Store Championship north of Atlanta, GA, and enjoyed playing it. The setups are fantastic, and there are several fun combos, like pumping a Greyjoy character with multiple Scouts then popping King Robert's Hammer when they're huge. Salladhor drops in Raiding Longships, Great Kraken, and the Warhammer for free, which is a huge economic advantage.
After the tourney, I would drop 1 Relentless Assault for 1 Superior Claim, and drop 1 Throwing Axe for something else - maybe another Balon's Solar, or another Cressen.

Relentless assault has done nothing for me in multiple games out of different decks. Once I win a challenge I usually won't be able win another with the characters that I have left. I feel like it's a win more card and I won't be using it very often. |

I've been running a similar list on IronThrones.net for the last week (not to take away from your originality at all) and I'm loving it. Not running Mel in mine as I didn't want to have her just be a single trigger. Running a Third Sallador and a second Cressen in mine. Also trying Sallador's ship, but finding it weak except to pump the Drowned Men. I'm finding Esgred is AMAZING and am considering upping her numbers heavily as she is game breaking when she is out. Also finding axes are hard to trigger, even with the surprise, so leaning away from them. Relentless assault has been huge for me, so I wouldn't cut it. Too easy to win by 5 with a heavy stealth presence and longships.
My plot deck is VERY different though. I am running Pentoshi, Long Winter, Rise of Kraken, Marched, Confiscation, Valar, and Noble Cause. Much lighter income than yours, but does a very good job of thinning and controlling the opponent's board. Relentless on two claim turns is game over, generally.
Love the idea of the deck, love how two people can have similar ideas but still be very different in the build at this point in the game too.
Congrats on the good showing with it.
