Yes, I know that the deck is not at 60 cards. If you copy the deck, feel free to trim where you think necessary. I won't be offended.
The deck, as stated, is intended to include as much card draw as possible. If I missed something that fits, let me know. Because of this, the plots are either helping with card draw or burst economy. Special mention: #The First Snow of Winter is included to bounce Areo Hotah and the Greenblood Trader back to hand.
The intention is to then also play on the fear of the opponent. Hopefully, their first thought is that "Martell likes to go second." With the plot choices, this deck won't win initiative often. If your opponent chooses you to go first, punish him with Dornish Paramour and the Intimidate effect of Dawn. In fact, I would only marshal these cards on turns where I go first.
